Executive Creative Director – NY

Top interactive ad agency is looking for an Executive Creative Director.
Will lead pitch efforts, functions as top CD on big accounts. Partners with discipline leads, Client Services, Strategy, and Business Development to grow accounts and build client relationships. Must has strong digital portfolio. Pharma experience preferred.
Education/Experience
- BFA preferred, plus 8 or more years experience.
- Copywriting experience
- Proven experience in setting creative vision and/or strategy that can be implemented by a team.
- Prior management of creative departments.
- Understanding of all the aspects of a creative staff in an interactive agency and ability to scope projects accurately
- Strong senior-level client presentation skills.
- Experience in developing a variety of interactive projects
Interpersonal Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Must be able to communicate visual concepts.
- Exceptional mentor and strong manager of people.
- Keen attention to detail.
- The ability to resolve conflicts with both employees and clients.
- The ability to work successfully across departments
