Strategic client services and business development leader for new online direct response practice. This practice has just been formed to leverage the full potential of a proprietary technology that enables advertisers to manage third party websites as if they were their own with complete web analytics and content management capabilities. Must have a extensive online direct response experience

This is a high impact position that requires the energy and ambitions of an entrepreneur with the maturity and skill of a seasoned manager. The opportunity to rapidly grow a new practice is significant. BA/BS In Economics, Mathematics, Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.

Responsibilities include: development of marketing campaign materials and promotional investment material; hands-on work with senior leadership to create advanced PowerPoint presentations; copy creation/edit; design of conference event materials; management of outside vendors and suppliers, etc.

• Newly created role will be a strategic asset in developing and managing programs that will drive leading edge web analytics. Support clients of company’s product offerings providing customer and category analytics including site traffic, site interaction, metrics, competitive benchmarking and the evaluation of overall marketing programs.
• Must have 3-5 years of web analytics experience for a high-traffic online destinations, ideally with a working knowledge of e-commerce.
• Experience with web analytics/CRM tools (Omniture, ClickTracks, FireClick, WebTrends, Urchin, CoreMetrics, etc.)
• Experience in working with large datasets, conducting statistical analyses and predictive modeling.
• Thorough understanding and experience with Web Analytics, Web Metrics, Data Tagging, Site Measurement tools and running reports using SQL.
• Comfortable presenting to clients at all levels including Senior Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing with focus on web analytics preferred.

• Responsible for strategic management of key accounts.
• Work with and manage Account Management and Media staff to create comprehensive search marketing strategies tailored to specific clients and campaigns
• Work with key client contacts to provide strategic and tactical leadership and to understand client goals
• Provide insight on the use of search engine performance data as a tool for developing advertising campaigns
• Promote strong communication between agency team and clients
• The ideal candidate MUST have at least 10 years experience working in interactive media, including experience at a search engine marketing agency. BA required.

• Experience working with and testing action tags/spotlight tags
• Experience working with various rich media technologies and their individual processes
• Working knowledge of flash creative and how to code it to run through ad servers
• Ability to explain to creative agencies how to correct coding errors
• Ability to work with production schedules
